We had reservations to be picked up at midway airport, we landed got our luggage and called for pickup just like we were instructed to do. They told us that our reservation had been canceled by someone with the same last name as us and the man was very rude and told us to just take a cab. Never count on this company as your transportation as they are unreliable

I would not recommend them. I called to have them take my wife, kids and myself to Midway Airport at 5 am. She asked me my flight time and I did not have it handy but I did tell her it is just after 8am. She said she can not book my ride without having the exact flight time. I asked what it would matter if I wanted to leave at 5am to be at the airport early and she became very rude and hung up on me. I travel a lot just moved to Mokena and will never use them.

I often fly to NY from Chicago and my wife had to use my car because her car broke down. I was planning to get a cab when my little daughter suggested me to use southwest limo. Initially I didn’t want to spend that much but later my boss also wanted me to pick him up, to add to my class I took their services. Excellent service and most importantly I got promoted into senior management. I want to thank Southwest Limousine for their services and will definitely be using their services again.

Got married last weekend and always wanted to get to the church in a limo hence we ordered limo service from the Southwest limo’s and wow I was supper impressed by their services. They arrived on time, fantastic interiors all in all it made me feel like a princess going to get wed. I am very impressed with the way they took care of my big day!!! Definitely going to recommend it to my friends and family, Thank you Southwest Limousine.
