I just needed a few things for the reception I had at my house. Poloina had no problem with giving us just a few dishes. We got the garlic roasted potatoes and the California Melody and our guests were all saying it was the best they ever had. Thank you for arriving on time and all things HOT and ready to serve. I have used Poloina many times before and each time they give the Over the Top service I need and want. You need to have this company on the top of your list!

HOLY COW!!! We had a wedding picnic on what seemed like one of the hottest days of the summer. POLONIA FOOD WAS INCREDIBLE!!! We went with a roasted pig with an on-site carver and a Hawaiian style menu for 80 people. This was an outdoor event and I was so worried that the food would spoil. The food tasted incredible! I had so many compliments and constant requests for the business information. We were so thrilled. Thank you for making our day just perfect!!! I would recommend this catering to everyone for their parties... :)

We used Polonia Catering for our fundraiser and will definitely us them again!!!The authentic Polish food can't be beat, everyone raved how delicious everything tasted, from the sausage to the pierogis to the potato pancakes. Everything was delivered hot and on time. Plus their prices are very reasonable.

Brian was very easy to work with. He has a large variety of cuisines that he offers. Once we narrowed our choices and then went for a tasting. We particularly liked all the hors d'oeurves (mushroom caps, asparagus in phylo, beef satay and a few others), steak Diane, and the Nitro ice cream machine. The Nitro ice cream was quite a hit with our guests, young and old, with and without dairy and other allergies (we had a sorbet as well as 2 ice creams). We had more than 80 people and everyone went home well fed and happy.

I love Polonia Catering! We used them for my daughter's graduation party, and everyone raved about the food. They have really generous portions and are reasonably priced. The staff is very nice and easy to work with. We'll definitely be using them for all of our parties!
