Purchased $5800 of supplies for a patio and retaining walls. Was promised $192 back for returned pallets, any unused materials they would take back, items they forgot Juan promised to pay for. Total they owe me $530. They are refusing to give anything back. Only interested in screwing the customer out of as much money as they can. Stay away from this company.

We had stone delivered to our home in Mokena. When the driver was leaving our driveway, he "forgot" about the side rail on the delivery truck and bashed into our BRAND NEW $4500 fence!!! The driver apologized and knew it was his fault. The owner JOHN WALSH Said he would ONLY pay $500 of the $750 for the repairs! He said WE have to pay the rest! What a cheapskate! I heard this is typical. According to his "agreement" policy you sign, it says they are not responsible for any damage done by them once they are past the curb. That's BS! JOHN WALSH should do the right thing which would be to just pay for the whole amount! A real gentlemen would have. VERY BAD BUSINESS! We are telling ALL or most of Mokena how he handled this! My husband and I went to Area looking for advice on installing a paver patio. The woman at the counter took us to the displays and showed us all the different types of bricks and even gave us samples to compare at home. She knew what she was talking about ! Very knowledgeable and helpful. If I have more questions, i know who to call. i would definitely recommend them.
