I have been a fan of Yogurt Mill for many years, however the past couple of times the service has been less than pleasant. Being a YM fan I have their "fro-yo" card (every 13th item you get a Yogurt for free). The last time I went, I purchased two yogurts and two sides. The "fro-yo" system was down and they could not tally my purchases. Much to my disapointment, they were less than helpful, didn't offer me a discount for the yogurts and to top it off they were not going to tell me thier system was down without me asking.
