This store is horrible. Their manager, Ray (sorry I don't have his last name) leaves much to be desired. The end of last year my husband & I had gone in to get an extra pair of dark glasses. The gal that helped me was wonderful. She verified everything with both of us. Once she had both pair ordered & before she sent them to the manufacturer (because mine was Oakey & my husbands was Rayban), she had Ray verify everything & but his number on both orders. She then submitted both of them. My husbands came back correct, however, when mine came back, they were entirely wrong. Instead of being a black frame with the letter "O" on each side & very dark black prescription lenses, they were yellow frames with yellow lenses. The store didn't even carry yellow frames. When I returned them, Ray said the sales person must have ordered them wrong. I told him that she didn't. She showed us the order before submitting it & we even observed her showing Ray what was on the order & Ray okaying it, so don't blame the salesperson for the mistake as it wasn't her fault. I told him to send it back & get it right or I'll be heading for the Corporate Office to lodge a complaint. They were done correctly on the 2nd time. It's a good thing I knew where the previous manager of the store went & was able to contact him about the problem. My family & I will never go to this Lenscrafters again.
