My fiance bought my ring at Kays. A few weeks ago the post broke. He bought the lifetime warranty so we brought it in. A lady was extremely rude. She asked multiple times if we were sure we bought the warranty and if we even bought the ring there!! And that was before even looking up our information on the computer. A couple days ago, my husband called to check on my ring, and the same lady answered rude again. I will never buy another piece of jewelery from Kays again. They need to train the employees better.
