Waited almost 2 hour for a car watching multiple people that came in after me get there cars and leave. When asked why three response was they get cars ready as they are lined up. Terrible service and will never rent from here again!!!

this is one of the saddest run car rentals i have ever used i would use enterprise from now on

this is one of the saddest car rental places i have ever been to i will never use hertz again from now on i'm going back to enterprise
