When I moved in the told me they would be adding a hot tub and putting in a secured gate. Two years later none of that has happened and they have increased my rent twice. The balconies are a complete safety risk with rotting wood, yet they have ignored my requests for repair for two years. The laundry facility is absolutely filthy and has no air conditioning. The parking lot is filled with homeless people at night looking through the garbages. This complex is in no way worth the price, and the management will increase your rent to make "imporvements" on things that nobody asked for when other improvements are much needed

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. This is easily the worst place I have ever lived. I lived here for many years, and over the years, the appearance of the grounds became more run down and trashy looking. The roofs began to leak & management's fix for this was stapling plastic tarps to all the roofs, which started to shred and fly off in the wind and leave plastic mess everywhere. There are cockroaches and spiders and other bugs frequently make it in to the apartments. Any time you want maintenance done, you will wait forever or get a half-assed quick fix (when my shower was leaking and causing my wall to erode, instead of fixing the leaky pipe, they just painted over the wall). Finally, the managers apparently condone and advocate noise. For a year, I called the police and managers about a neighbor who blared music,fought with his girlfriend, and banged on my bedroom wall at all hours of the night, and they didn't do a damn thing about it, so I finally moved out. This place is an ugly, rundown, poorly managed joke that isn't worth the ridiculous prices they are charging, and I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. Think twice!
