EmailCFMG offers each property owner full property management services that include a low monthly flat rate fee for most basic services. CFMG completes a thorough applicant screening process and each interested applicant is shown the property with the licensed agent present. CFMG will perform a routine annual inspection of the property to ensure the property is properly maintained by the tenant occupant(s) and to report any deferred maintenance on behalf of the property owner. CFMG continuously monitors market trends to maximize rents used in the property evaluation at each lease renewal period. Tenants will select from quality, well maintained rentals and receive a quick response to the application process (all profiles considered).

The properties are very well maintained and any problems are address quickly and completely. There is always a very clear and honest explanation for everything that happens in the process of leasing a property. I always felt very comfortable and trusting of the what was going on.
