This is a great small town business. Have used them since I have lived in Mocksville. Always helpful when it's time to put new tires on my car and doesn't recommend the most expensive tires unless that's just what you want.

We brought our car in for rotation on a Friday afternoon when the fabulous staff brought the unsafe condition of our tires to our attention. They went out of their way to make sure that we had new tires by 5PM for our weekend travels. We surely would have been dealing with a problem if not for their extra attention. A huge thanks for the extra effort to keep us safe! Mocksville Tire is our place from this point forward!

HORRIBLE customer service. Broke our windsheild, denied it, then refused to even help pay for the replacement of the windsheild. Didn't even tell us that it was broken. We had to notice it for ourselves as we drove off of the lot.
