My name is Mark Hecht, I have used Pat Henley, owner of Mocksville Pool Service, since I purchased my home in Mocksville in June of 2006. He has been most professional every step of the way. My family was involved with the pool industry in Fl for 12 yrs, including my father being the president of NSPI in Orlando in the 70's. I would compare Pats service to that of my fathers, very strong in pool knowledge, ethical, consistent and conscious about how he serves his customers. I just called him at 5:55 pm for help and he was in the store on Main St. in Mocksville. I took him a water sample and he did an analysis and sent me away with the fix. Wow, talk about good customer service, he's got it. He was headed out to sell another fine pool. Thanks Pat and Sabrina for your years of hard work and dedication.
