I didn’t even call for roadside assistance. I was struggling with changing my tire when it went flat on the interstate. I didn’t have the right tools. I guess this fellow from Advanced Auto Rescue saw that I needed road side assistance and he stopped. His truck lit up like a cop car and he put out a flare, gave me a water and told me to stand back on the shoulder just to be safe. I didn’t even realize how dangerous it was out there because I was trying so hard to change the tire so I could get home that night. He got me going again and I am so grateful for his help. He told me he was just doing the Lord’s work and honestly...thank God he was. He was right on time! So glad he came to help.

Advanced Auto Rescue is fast, courteous, honest and very friendly. He helped my daycare facility recognize a battery in our bus that was failing by performing a full test on the electrical and charging system, then gave us free installation of a brand new battery on the spot! He literally brought the battery we needed with him. Within 30 minutes from requesting emergency roadside assistance he was on location and within 30 minutes he was done. Advanced Auto Rescue helped me with my Mercedes when the towing companies left me stranded on the side of the road. For two hours I sat in an Exxon parking lot, late for an appointment, waiting on roadside assistance. All of the towing companies declined to offer assistance. Advanced Auto Rescue called me as soon as they were notified, clearly communicated that they were an out of area provider but would be glad to help, kept me updated on the driver’s location enroute and did a fantastic job. They changed my tire in no time...flat. Thanks Advanced Auto Rescue!

Advanced Auto Rescue really did come to my rescue. They had a really good response time from the time that I requested service. They changed my tire for me and even checked the other three tires and added air where needed. The service technician also gave me a complimentary bottle of water while I waited.
