He was great with everything he did!

Mr. Odom was timely and extremely knowledgeable of the appliances we were having repaired and/or installed. I would highly recommend him to anyone. He is now my go-to appliance person.

I have over five experiences with Al Odom. He is an absolute asset to my rental business. I have shared his contact with several of my customers from my renovation business and each of them has been so very thankful for his professionalism and service. I cannot recommend me Odum highly enough. Please bear with him he’s in high demand. When you find someone good respect their time be thankful for the service and pay them accordingly!

He made an appointment to check out the problem for 5:30. Showed up late. Then said he could not repair it until tomorrow because the part store closed at 5pm. Said I needed to pay the service call fee and it would be deducted off the total cost of repairs. He never showed back up for the repair. He called and said he was coming then stopped answering my calls.
