I was extremely unhappy with this facility, it's unairconditioned and the kids are always soaked with sweat. Mrs Lisa only cares about students who are all-star team members. The kids are not required to sign in or out and have found my daughter waiting in the parking lot. The exact thing happened to my daughter as user above
But I made the mistake of thinking things would get better. Wrong!!!! Go to Nasser ! Two blocks down and money well spent!

My husband and I took our daughter (then 4 years old) to observe her while she had her first lesson. She was completely ignored the entire time as if she wasn't even there. Miss Lisa called on the other (regularly established) students dozens of times to try new things and she never once included my daughter who was already shy and scared at starting a new class with new people. She never gave us the time of day. Needless to say, when the "class" was over, we never went back.
