DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE!!!!

I went to this office to diagnose stomach pain, when i checked in the office staff was incredibly rude and didn't even care enough to read my name off the papers I filled out instead calling me Hodges or Howard. They recommended I have a procedure to be done at an off-site facility and that would call to set up a follow up appointment 1 month later..... After that month I had to call them to set up the appointment myself as they hadn't even called me about it yet. By far the worst thing that happened is that they didn't even contact the insurance company to get the procedure authorized..... This means that the insurance company would not cover the procedure, because of this i now have to pay the off-site facility and all service there in (around $2500) out of pocket because they did not properly file the paperwork. They even admitted to not contacting the insurance company. I warn anyone looking for a Gastroenterology Clinic to look else where or you could be paying out of pocket even when insurance can cover it.

Dr Case acted like an idiot, told me he was not going to help me. I can only figure his disinterest was because he was not going to get his normal kick back for ordering test since I already had them before I went there.
He is the real meaning of Quack.
His office sign should be a large duck.

If you want to get out quick, Dr Parker only spends a couple of minutes with you.
If you really don't like to talk to doctors, Dr. Parker won't listen anyway.
