I have been a patient at magnolia for 5 yrs. This yr 2016 they have closed for over a month 3 times leaving all their patients without meds, anyone in the office, or medical records for over a month. Every time they close(dr. Leaves), the patients aren't even notified they just leave you to show up on your appointment date and find the door locked. The owner takes your records out of the building with him so you can't get them making it all most impossible to find another pain management. So your stuck at his mercy till he reopens. This has happened 3 times this year (2016). The owner doesn't pay his staff or doctors. If your a patient now get your records and go! If your looking for a pain management keep on looking don't trust magnolia, the staff is great but owner is terrible. He WILL leave you in pain without any notice, find another pain management!

I have been going to this facility for some time and not only is the staff very professional there is a 99% chance that owner of the facilty owner being there to assist you with any situation you may encounter. I have never seen a staff more concerned with a patients well being.
