The cards are a fair value. The 800# and voice mail are a joke. I have jsut called twice and been hung up. Record keeping sucks. You keep sending me a bill for $18.24 that was paid by check #3332 on 05/14/12 and cashed on the 21st. When payment was mailed, I requested cancellation. Another set of cards was still sent and returned maked "REFUSED'. Check your mailroom.
