DONT DO IT!!!!!!!! After agreeing on prices and I've been waiting on them to finish up on my loan papers. Gary the salesman call back and tell me the sale manager Steven have decided not to sale me the vehicle. I asked why and he said the manager said he's not going to do a deal with me for a loss. That's a bunch of BS! Never had I been treated like this by a dealership. Oh yea he pretty much said I haggle too much and it was giving him a headache. I guess we should just paid the amount they give to us without any negotiation so he won't have a headache. Again! DONT DO IT........!!!

Best coustmer service ever. Reno the service advisor answered all my concerns,very polite. Joe the service Tech was efficiant and had me in and out of there in a very brief time. LOVE MY KIA SORENTO !!!

I'm disgusted in the way this place attempts to do business! A few months ago, my husband and I were trying to purchase a car for our daughter, dean mccrary advertised a great deal on cars.com, we called to make site it was current and available to look at. The lady on the phone said "of course!" And that she'd pull it around so it was ready when we got there... we got there and she says she didn't know they had gotten rid of it. Okay... so today we tried to look at a Suburban they have advertised, we call they said they've got it, come look. When we arrive they realize they actually don't have it, but want us to look at one with twice as many miles! Ridiculous! I will be warning everyone I know that dean mccrary is the biggest mistake you can make while purchasing a new vehicle.

Last August I purchased a Kia ...

Last August I purchased a Kia Soul from Dean McCrary Kia in Mobile. My purchase experience was pleasant and I am very happy with my car. However, today I took my car back to Dean McCrary because I received an email from the dealership offering me a coupon for a free tire rotation. The dealership also posted a coupon on their website for an oil change for $9.99.  I wanted to take advantage of these offers on the same day since I live approximately 50 miles r/t from the dealership. Since I know some coupons cannot be combined I informed the receptionist, Paige, who made the appointment for me that it was my intention to use both coupons. Never once in our conversation did she indicate that it would be a problem. 



Nonetheless, upon my arrival the service manager, Mr. Chuong, refused to allow me to use both coupons.  He pointed out that the fine print on the coupon states that they cannot be combined. I completely understand this which is the very reason that I informed the receptionist that I wanted to use both coupons. Since she failed to inform me that I could not, I made the long drive to the dealership under the impression that I would be allowed to do so. In my opinion, Mr. Chuong was not at all helpful or apologetic. He made no attempt whatsoever to take responsibility for the receptionist's mistake. His response to me was that by accepting both coupons he would lose money. Obviously, Mr. Chuong is not familiar with term " the customer is always right" nor does he seem very interested in keeping his customers. When leaving he did not apologize for the dealership's mistake nor for my inconvenience.  Afterward I realized that he also kept my unused coupon. Needless to say, I will not return to Dean McCrary for ANY reason.
