Poor, no professional service . No compliance regarding time. Hard to recommend somebody who is no competent. Prefer to look for somebody else with more personal and professional touch.

The service is not good at all. I work nights, and called and had it set up 2 weeks in advance to have them over around 9-10am. No one ever showed. Then I called there office the manager will not answer the phone and when she does answer it she was very rude. Then was told that it will be another few hours till they show up if they even have time to do so. Then the manager hung up on me and wouldnt return my calls. I would not recommend them to anyone. They dont need the money or business from the way the act.

I never write reviews and had to join Yellow Pages to write this.



Scott and Kurt were both prompt on phone calls and easy to communicate with. I had a pump motor go bad, so I called yesterday afternoon from Columbia, MO for an assessment. They had the motor in stock, and came first thing today. Paid very low $60.00 price for the service call (they drove all the way from Moberly and he spent an hour working!).



I spoke with three other pool companies in Columbia before finding Central Missouri Pools. One company was going to charge me $800.00 for the motor, and then a $100.00+ service call!



Again, I've done my research, had a lot of trouble with other companies, and Central Missouri Pools will DEFINITELY be receiving business from me again! I highly, highly recommend Central Missouri Pools to anyone in the Columbia and Moberly areas.
