I purchased this Kenwood Receiver from Art's and unfortunately I'm not satisfied with it. I contacted Art's Appliance & Furniture and they agreed to either exchange it or give me money back.. I had already obtained another stereo so they are going to refund my money.. Additionally they are going to let me hold on to the receiver till I get this other receiver installed.. That's all I expect from a buisness.. Thank you Bobby from Art's for taking care of me!
