He was professional and friendly. His prices were reasonable. I have had several people come to my house to try and fix that water conditioner and charged me al ot of money but didn't fix it. Russell seems very knowledgeable about the systems and didn' t quit until the job was done. Even though several kinks popped up, he made sure it was all running smoothly before he left.
