I went to V-tec in Missoula needing a rebuilt engine for my work pick-up, an improperly built engine was installed, after 15 months of taking it back to V-tec, they couldn't find the problem. They installed a used set of ring and pinion gears in my rear axle, I had to complain about a whining for 6 months before they told me a used set had been installed. I had to turn down 9 weeks of work because of this ordeal. I was late with enough payments to give me a bad credit rating, home mortgage climbs to 11 3/4%. Had to have some basic maintenance run on my car. I knew I was going to need to leave my car in Missoula for a couple of days so contact V-Tec to schedule. They were terrific, start to finish. Quoted estimated rates from the start. Gary called me to ask further clarification on a concern I had. I really felt that they didn't try to talk me into repairs not needed. I will use V-Tec again.
