I took my Sprinter in to be repaired - oil leak and serpentine belt replacement, 5,000 miles later I'm broke down halfway across the country for the EXACT SAME PROBLEMS!!!
No worries, I'll just call them up since they have such excellent customer service and I'm sure they'll warranty their work... WRONG!!!!!
Their only warranty must be DENY DENY DENY!!! What a joke of a shop with horrendous customer service and deplorable mechanics!!!

My boss had warned me that he had trouble with this place, but I went ahead and tried them. I had over $3000 work done in four visits, so I know them well.I really wanted to like this place, but things went nuts after a while. They lied to me repeatedly, price gouged me, the staff's dog physically attacked me and prices were hidden from me until work was done.Repairs seemed OK, but always absolute top dollar. They never gave me an estimate before doing the work; it was always a surprise at the end. There were a few jobs where they either refused to do the task (I did it myself later, easily), or they gave me information that ended up being false (your new $350 key fob will work; Oh, no it won't!). I had a driving lights kit sent to them by Amazon, but they rejected the package and it was returned. Flaky!I was phoned and told that part suppliers were mean SOB's that charged way too much, so Transolution had to reluctantly charge me x hundred dollars for certain parts. Well I googled the parts from the same source and found that Transolution had more than tripled the price. Liars! This happened many times.My last and final visit to Transolution can only be described as forcible rape.It is difficult to impossible to get parts for my uncommon European car in MT, so I ordered special parts and all the proper fluids for needed maintenance to brakes, engine, and differentials. My cost was $450. Transolution reluctantly agreed to use my materials, but didn't tell me that they were going to charge me a high pay-through-the-nose hourly rate, and then credit me a paltry $100 for the materials I provided. So I lost $350 out of pocket, and then they charged me higher than full rate for all the jobs. Rapists!Finally, I had disappointing experiences with unprofessional conduct. Counter staff gave me a personal email address, so I spent a lot of time trying to exchange info about appointments and repairs, but I never got any reply. I was later told "Oh, I never check my email". On another occasion I was attacked outside the front office by an aggressive German shepherd dog that belonged to counter staff . I was terrified because the dog bit my jacket as I held it out in front of me, all I had for defense. But they laughed about it. This is inexcusable in any business venue. It pretty much shows what they think of their customers. This alone is enough to make me look for another garage.Bad information, bad prices, lying about part prices, no estimates, punative fees, distain for customers, and a dangerous environment where I was physically attacked and then humiliated.I would never recommend Transolution!

We all know how hard it is to find a mechanic you can trust and I'm here to tell ya that we found ours! The mechanics are awesome there. They got our van done in a timely manner and got the job done right the first time. And since we only have the 1 vehicle, they provided us with a mode of transportation to and from the shop. They are very friendly and one of the mechanics that I rode back with talked of how they like to educate their customers instead of just stating what was wrong. In another words, he broke down exactly what was going on in my van in lemans terms. I thought that was cool. I would definitely recommend them and I'm going there next time for my vehicles needs!

I regularly receive coupons in the mail for $20 oil changes. I have taken my car in 2 times and used a coupon each time, which they have accepted. This 3rd time I was rudely berated by the owner for only coming in for oil changes with the coupons and not getting other work done there. His behavior was insulting and rude.Single women: beware! This guy was abusive.

Chris at Transolution was very friendly and efficient. His shop was easy to find and I was in and out and on my way in no time. Transolution made me aware of follow up maintenance on my car to keep it in top shape and in running condition. I trust Transolution to take care of all my automotive needs. Thank you Chris and the gang.
