Palmer's Drug also provides innovative practices including prescription compounding, unit-dose medications, and both preventative and aftercare assistance and counseling. Palmer Kronen first opened Palmer's Drug in 1954 and continued to own and operate it until 1983 when he sold it to Jim O'Connor. While Kronen has been semi-retired since 1997, he still occasionally stops by to help out the current ownership and staff.
