Five Valleys Urology had yet to be formed when Dr. David Guth, one of our founding partners, struck out on his own in 1977 to form a solo practice in the newly constructed Garden City Medical Arts Building. Throughout the years, Dr. Guth shared space with other urologists but it wasnt until 1998, when Dr. Karl Westenfelder joined him, that they saw the need for an additional urologist in Missoula. Together, Drs. Guth & Westenfelder brought Dr. Garrick Simmons to the community in 2001 and Five Valleys Urology was formed in 2002. Dr. Kevin Kronner joined the group upon Dr. Guths retirement in 2006. The group has flourished ever since, with Dr. Christopher Wicher joining in 2011, Rick Wiesemann, PA-C joining in 2011, Whitney Martin, PA-C joining in 2012 and Jeffrey D Redshaw joining in 2019.

Would not recommend...too busy to give good one on one care. Prescribed incorrect pain medications because they did not review their own notes and medical records. Switched doctors 2 weeks post surgery and obtained their notes to find a garbled inconsistent mess . New doctor commented "no wonder I was confused and concerned about about the care given me by 5 Valleys Urology". Nurses line would not return calls regarding concerns post surgery.

The appointment setter was scatterbrained and unable to keep focused on the task at hand. She got defensively hostile when I asked if I should call back another time, so I just hung up! I give an extra star just for benefit of the doubt -- for all I know the doctors are fine but they lost my business before I even made the appointment.
