They were on time (even a little early), They were polite, very efficient and determined the problem right away. They gave me some suggestions if the problem should happen again. The pricing was fair and they were in and out of my house quickly. I couldn't ask for a better experience and would highly recommend them to anyone who needed appliance repairs.

Not too impressed. I am out $200 dollars and my dishwasher is still just as broke. I don't mind paying the initial fee to see what is wrong. However when you are given an estimate on how much it will cost to fix you should stick to that estimate and it should fix your dishwasher. I ended up paying more than quoted, then when the part I bought and the labor I paid didn't fix the problem I was told that they would pay for the service fee but I would have to pay for any additional parts and labor to install those parts. Apparently they didn't realize I had already paid for a pump I didn't need and labor to install the not needed pump. I don't expect perfection but I do expect reason. I stopped at 200 because each trip was costing another 100 and their policy on it getting fixed was that I could keep paying labor and parts until they got it right. A new dishwasher is 500 dollars. A good company shouldn't do guess work and a good company should stand by their knowledge and service until the job is right and not at the expense of the customer.
