I come to this store for all my repair needs! I had a handle to my travel bag that needed fixing last minute, so I brought it in to get the handle replaced/repaired along with a pair of shoes that needed new heels and soles. John was able to fix everything in a timely manner. They are an accredited and official repair partner of the major luggage companies such as Delsey, TravelPro, etc. The owner is helpful, honest and provides fair prices for quality work. Craftsman of his trade and has been in the business for a long time so I definitely trust his judgement and work. Best repair shop in south Orange County. Highly recommend.

I had two repairs needed - one for a zipper on a jacket and a belt buckle that needed another notch - and he was able to do both. I also saw they had Korean skin care products which I tried and surprisingly it worked wonders for my skin. They have all sorts of repair goods for overall health and wellness (vitamin C, probiotics, etc). It's a great one stop shop for all your repair needs. Definitely will return again.
