I should have written this review much sooner because we have been going to Japanese Car Specialties for a long time and have been extremely satisfied with all the work they have done. They service 3 of our cars. John and Wendy are always a pleasure to deal with. John is very knowledgeable, especially with older models and always quickly finds the problem. My husband especially appreciates that John tells us what we absolutely need to have done on one of our “ancient” cars and what we can skip. On several occasions we have had a problem requiring immediate attention and have shown up without an appointment, and John has always been able to take care of it so we can get on our way. We were really happy to find this place, because not only is the service great but so are the prices (we had been going to another place nearby that ALWAYS charged us a lot and did not always resolve the problem). Friends and other family members have started to take their cars to John after our recommendation and they have all been very satisfied. John and Wendy run a great business with honesty and integrity and we are so grateful to have found them!
