I have been going to Chez Fafa Hair Salon for several years. It is a busy place, but a family place. I am always greeted and while waiting, offered beverages. Over the years I have been satisfied with the many cuts and colors performed by hair colorist Jessica M. I would recommend all my friends and family to Jessica M. and her associates too.

The owner, Fariba, saw my hair before Anna washed it. When I sat down, she told Anna to wash another customer's weave in 4 minutes, thetime it would take to give me my hair cut. SHe was constantly busy on her cell phone making plans for her movie and fondue outing after work. She did not section my hair, just grabbed pieces and started layering it. Then Anna Blowdryed it straight, but they had the wrong brush, and it made it all puffy. Then Fariba looked at it again and it was obvious that the left side was not layered like the right side. She just grabed the left side ends and emptied it out. I pointed it out that it was stil not layered, and she got irritated and said if I wanted the scissors. She just repeated the same thing over. I told her the right side looked amazing and that is what the left side should look like. Then she said she had no time for this and had places to go and she wouldn't charge me and I could go. I told her she can't just not finish the job. If she has no experience or time with my hair, she should have told me instead of just taking me on and rushing and not doing a professional job. I finally gave up and left, since she had no clue what she was doing. My mom saw my hair and was shocked. The left side in the back was one inch different in length than the right side. The layers were all different lengths as you moved from left to right on my head. It looked like someone just chopped different steps. I could have done a better job if I was cutting my own hair. She is rude, not professional at all, has a huge ego, and knows nothing about customer service.
