Lived here over 5 years now. Nice community to raise children however disappointed in services. Association has been decreasing dues which is good but at the cost of decreasing services and amenities. Gardeners that take care of the common areas have neglected our slope behind our house for over 8 months. They are supposed to come every 8 weeks approximately. Everything is overgrown, dying or being taken over by weeds. I guess because it is not seen by the public then it doesn't matter yet they are suppose to maintain it. The pool temperatures are arctic except for the very hot days of summer where the sun heats it naturally. RSM pools are much better. A real bummer to deal with after living in RSM for 10 years. Manager of association ignores emails. Think twice about moving here if these things are important to you.
