It's a Dud..
►Not the best laundromat in the world. The facility has a particularly strong mildew/sewage odor throughout the facility. When i had first arrived to the laundromat i was hesitant to even use the machines since the odor was as though it may be in the water. I immediately asked an employee what the cause of the smell was & if it would affect the smell of my clothes. She said that she had not noticed the overwhelming odor until now & acted clueless, providing me no explanation. Some employees who work here seem to be rather short or almost rude/pissed off that they have to do laundry day after day to put food on the table. I guess i would have a pretty lousy attitude myself, working here.
►I mentioned the smell to a lady who was doing her laundry at the time i was & she stated that she has been going to her car in the parking lot to wait till her clothes were ready.
►The very first time i had ever tried going to DudsnSuds in Mission, i arrived about 10-15 minutes before the "Last Load" time. Another woman had arrived just before i did because i watched from the parking lot as the employee had already locked the front door. The lady knocked until the employee walked to the glass door. The customer was annoyed initially, but once they started arguing through the glass she slowly became irate & they began shouting back and forth. Obviously, i agree that this was not the cut-off time & should not have occurred.
►Overall, i would not recommend this place to wash your items. In these experiences alone, i would say that this company lost 3 potential customers. The Bubble Room in Mission is the place where i resorted to when the lady decided to close early that night and denied 2 customers. The Bubble Room is 100 times better when it comes to the employees, cleanliness, & open till 11pm. The Bubble Room employees continuously wipe out the machines and clean the equipment throughout the entire day. Not once did i see a Duds n Suds worker wipe out a washer/dryer.

FOUND MY ANSWER TO THE TIME CRUNCH, BECAUSE I HAVE BETTER THINGS TO DO THAN LAUNDRY.!!! Excellent facility, clean and great customer service. I recommend it to everyone. Drop-off thet do the laundry for YOU. Lots of large machines for too large for home items. The attendants are always very helpful. Dry cleaning available.
