A Medical Group that doesn't know how to bill Insurance? I went to Facey for an ear ache over 1 1/2 years ago. I went there because I was in LA visiting family and my regular doctor was over 400 miles away. I have & had insurance. They miss coded the claim and my insurance didn't pay. I called and told them what they did and how to fix it. The resubmitted with the same mistake.I called them numerous times over the next several months and told them how to fix the problem and they did not. Now they are sending me to a collection agency. WOW. Their error and they think I should pay. I spoke to the insurance company, they would have paid if they received the claim properly, now it's too late. 25 years ago this was a great place. They cared about the patients and employees. Now they care about money and they can't even file a proper insurance claim. See for your self, the social media doesn't lie.

This is absolutely the worst urgent care I have ever been to. I just took my poor 70yr old mother with an excruciating tooth pain from an abscess. Being that it was Sunday, we did not know where to take her for urgent dental care. She needed something for pain and antibiotics just to tie her over until she sees her regular dentist tomorrow. I thought that by going to Facey Urgent care that she would be able to see a physician and at least get some pain medications. Well, the nurse (don't know if she was an RN or not) flat out refused to even triage her. My mother is a frail 70 yr old woman who does not complain unless something is really bothering her. And the toothpain was unbearable for her. She also had high blood pressure and diabetes. The nurse didn't even take her vital signs to make sure she did not have a fever or that her blood pressure and/or blood sugar wasn't sky high from the pain or infection in her tooth. All the nurse was able to do for her was give us a phone number for an urgent care dental clinic which supposedly was open 24hrs. I called the number and got a recording that the office was closed and to call back when they are open. Of course the message did not even state the hours in which the clinic is open. I am extremely disgusted with Facey and do not recommend anyone to even attempt to get services in this pathetic place they call a medical clinic. If I could, I would give them a big fat 0 for such terrible service.
