Do NOT use this company. When moving my belongings from a storage unit to my house, R&W Moving company damaged and broke several items of furniture (totaling $1278.99). To start with, the owner was apologetic and said he would take it up with the insurance company. I provided them with photographs and information on price of items broken. Communication from then on has been non-existent. They do not respond to my messages. I have been trying to get this resolved for 2 months now. AND... not only did they break my furniture, but one of their employees used my number that I had provided them for business purposes, to text me (a single woman living alone) at 3:30 in the morning, with an inappropriate message. I felt scared and violated as he knew where I lived. Choose another company, they’re the cheapest for a reason. They will not take care of your furniture.
