We paid over 4K cash for a large softener and RO system. When the softener was installed a few months later it began to leak where they connected it to the septic pipe. My husband removed it and put it in the septic. We had already called culligan several times before for many issues we had with installation. I don't remember if we called about that or forgot since the guy they assigned to us was rude and arrogant. Most of the time he ignored our calls and didn't return calls. Two years later our basement flooded because of the softener water going into the sump pump. My sister who recently installed culligan told me her softener water was installed directly to septic. So I called culligan to ask them to do the same.
Because my husband removed it 1-2 years ago they wanted to charge us $150+ just to come out!! After all the money they made off me they should come out and fix what they didn't do right in the first place.
Customer service is horrible!!!!
I do not recommend this company. They will find ways to make as much money off you as possible. It's exspensive and the quality and service is horrible!!!

Culligan is still the best choice for better water!
