Provided by YP.comI don't even know where to begin, so I'll shoot for the middle of the story. I realized as soon as my furniture was put in place in my home that something was amiss. I distinctly remember a supportive, comfortable feeling in the store. I even took a 20 mile trip back to the store to sit on the recliner sofas again. I tried every seat, yep easy in, comfortable, firm, easy out. NOT THE SAME AS WHAT I GOT. Now that it's at my home I was told that unless I pay $129 for a trip fee (because I picked up the pieces myself) no one will be out to my house to find out why the cushions suck you into the couch, and why one of them leans to the left. I tried to take the issue higher in the management team, customer service told me I can call the owner for you but I can tell you he won't do anything about it. Please do research on the company you're doing business with. Had I done so, I wouldn't be stuck with poor quality reproductions of the showroom furniture. Yes I bought the warranty, it doesn't take affect for a year and doesn't cover poor workmanship. $2000 garage couches, or do I donate them to habitat. Either way next time I'm going to Big Lots, where if I'm not happy with what I bought in a year I can pitch it out without feeling like I was ripped off.
