Went into the store around 10:30 pm to place my order. I noticed about 15 mins after that customer's who had ordered after me were getting their food, which struck me as kind of odd. During this period, I wasn't given any indication on what the hold up was. I was finally told after about 20 minutes that my fries were being prepared as my wings were already done. Ten minutes went by and my food still wasn't prepared while customers who ordered after me were leaving with their orders. Most of the employees present seemed to not be as productive as they should've been. It seemed like a lot of them had a lack of urgency in preparing the food in a timely manner. One of the cooks with long hair was also working without a hair net. Finally after almost 45 minutes of waiting, my food was ready. Overall, I was extremely disappointed with the lack of service and I won't be returning.
