I totally agree with everything the others have written about One Home Care Soultions.

I'm to the point. I am filing a complaint with the consumer affairs as well as the Attorney Generals office.
I can't believe insurance companies are paying them as their supplier for the eldering. I am making it my business to put this company out of business and so should you.

They are the worst!! Before joining an Healthcare insurance company make sure that they are not the contracted D.M.E provider.
If so, don't join that insurance company. My experience with them was even though the Dr. and the insurance company authorized the
order for equipment they refused to provide it due to some excuse of it was a non contracted item between they and the insurance company,

As a caregiver to a family member, I find this company was apparently designed to make the patient suffer. Asked, then pleaded and finally yelled to get help. All back up permissions and scripts were approved and in receipt. Either they don't have enough therapy staff (which increases their income and the patients expense) or they really don't care, again at the patients expense. Waiting for Speech Therapy, ordered and approved by Dr. and Ins Co. "My mother can't swallow food safely" still was not enough to light a fire or get help.

I concur with all the others. If you don't wish to be paid or you like runarounds, then by all means go for it. We're still fighting claims from over a year ago. Lucky, we were smart enough to stop doing business with them a long time ago. I can't imagine how much money we would have lost if we had stayed.

This company is a disaster. Starting with authorizations, they are made them with wrong codes, wrong Company's NPI number. Plus it is hard to talk to people and have a good answer. If I need to talk about billing; they do not have a Website. On the website you could doesn't find all of your patients; You cannot submit request for authorization there. Plus: "the most important thing "THEY DON'T PAY. I am afraid they are going to end like Univita.

Run away, and do it fast. This company SUCKS like nobody I've ever done business with before. I've had my fair share of experiences with DMEs (Durable Medical Equipment dealers), and many of them are shabby when it comes to offering initial medical equipment (like a CPAP machine) and re-supplies when they're needed; this one really takes the cake. As others have said, they give meaning to the term "runaround" and are totally unresponsive. I've called a couple of dozen times already; always get someone in the "call center" and try to speak to someone with some authority (which never happens). I end up leaving a message for a higher-up to try to get SOME satisfaction out of this ongoing horrible experience, only to never receive a return phone call from anyone. THEY DON'T CARE. Again, run away, and find a DME who wants (and will work for) your business! I've never been so frustrated... I hope this awful review helps someone else before they get stuck dealing with this poor excuse for a business. Ugh!

I have always thought that the role of the medical supplier was to provide a medical equipment ordered by your physician to improve your quality of life for a medical condition, I can no longer hold that belief. One Homecare solutions in my opinion seems to believe that we are there to serve them. One Homecare solutions has repeatedly disregarded the orders by my physicians or fail to listen to what is needed to solve a problem. It seems they have the mindset that you will take what you get from them and that is all they are going to do. My experience in dealing with them has been unsatisfactory.
