I went here to get a brand new transmission and he was nothing but RUDE! I took my car to them with no dents on the door when I got the car back my car had all types of dents and scratches. I’m very upset . What made it worse is I went up to him nicely and asked what happened to my car and he immediately rushed in my face and called me crazy and told me I was full of shit ! He argued with me for about 20mins . Didn’t want to hear what I had to say . He then proceeded to speak Spanish to another guy thinking I only spoke English. I’m Hispanic btw. So I understood everything he said and told him he was wrong in Spanish ! He looked surprised, he wasn’t expecting me to speak Spanish he was being a stereotype! I asked him to pull the cameras up, he told me NO because it would take hours so as I arrived home he then told me to come back and apologize! I am very upset with the customer service he gave me . Oh one more thing , he said I was nothing but problems because HE called me as he was fixing my car and told me to buy something so I asked questions for information to where I can purchase these items and he said that it was a problem with my asking him questions. WHAT KIND OF MANAGER SAYS THAT TO A CUSTOMER?! If had the opportunity of rewinding this whole situation, I would have never made a pit stop there nor wanted they’re service! VERY RUDE GUY !!!!!

Carlos is a great guy. Builds all types of transmission automatic- manual. If you want to have a reliable transmission behind big HP this is the place to go.
