Warning - Please read - This company was sub-contracted to install my Central AC by Sears back in 2007. In November 2016 I received a letter from Miami Shores City Hall that I still had an opened Work Permit opened. It turned out that this company never closed the Permit with the city when the job was done. I have attempted to call this person many times through the month of December 2016. I have left messages, I even spoke with the guy twice. Each time I explained the situation and he went on and on how Sears had done him wrong so he was not going to do anything about it. I explained that what happened between Him and Sears was not my fault and I should not be stuck in this situation. I have continued to leave messages trying to get him to do the right thing and close my permit. As of January 2017 this still has not happened. If you are considering hiring this person beware of this situation.

Do NOT hire these crooks! They will not honor your warranty! If you leave them a message don't even tell them why you are calling. If they know it's a warranty repair, they will screen your call and send you to voicemail. Or Angel Amaral will just turn off his phone. If you call from another number he will answer and when you tell him about the warranty he'll just hang up on you! Steer clear of this/these crooks. I reported them to the BBB if you have have had a similar issue I suggest you report them. Don't let anyone else get ripped off!!

Purchased a brand new AC unit and tankless water heater. After less than a month both units had water leaks. Called the owner of the company to correct the problem which he promised on two occasions to fix and never showed up. After two days of failed attempts an associate called to confirm he would correct the problem on the fourth day of this saga. He never showed up. I spoke to the associate late in the day and he was ambarrassed but could not elaborate about why Air King was not responding. Had to call another company and pay them to fix and damage from water not mention 4 wasted days of waiting for Air King to show up. As of today I never heard from them.
