If you want to buy from a store that misrepresents products, swears at their customers, and doesn't communicate store policies at the time of sale, then this is your place!



I bought a trimmer here. The sales person misrepresented the performance of the trimmer. I tried it out when I got home and it would barely cut grass. I immediately returned it to the store and was told that they do not accept returns, which is not something that was communicated to me at the time of purchase. I asked to refund or exchange (upgrade), but was refused. They offered to send off the brand new unit to have it evaluated by a technician. After evaluation, I came back to ask for a refund. The manager refused and while discussing, the sales person that convinced me to buy the unit came over and started swearing at me with spit flying and a red face. The manager condoned the behavior and I was the one that had to ask the sales person to back away and leave.
