Trading as Continental Airline Vacations, MTL sold me first class Xmas Day passage for two from Newark to Grand Caymans back in September with payment in full given but now that the Xmas vacation is approaching and there are no seats on the plane MTL claims that the airline in at fault and they are powerless to do anything but politely and sometimes impolitely terminate phone calls.
