I still have yet to experience a positive outcome with the in town location. My dry cleaned items still have pet hair on them when picked up from service and they have not been open at 900 on Saturdays as it states on their door sign. Waited 15 minutes and called multiple times with no luck. I think I'll try driving across town from now on to see if I have better luck.

I also had my credit card charged again 4 months after i used the on base service. I wouldn't go back

Used their services on base twice with no issue (the woman that works there is fantastic), only to find later that they charged my credit card again for transactions that already went through. One from several months ago and one from almost a year ago. They seemed to believe it was okay to blame it on a computer error, offered no apology, and basically passed it off as an acceptable problem that would be fixed. They retained my credit card information for much longer than is necessary and offered no recourse or guarantee that it would not happen again.



I will absolutely visit the on-base location again, but will only use cash in the future, and will never do business in their downtown location.

The best place to get you clothes cleaned, great people and surprisingly very good quality. It doesn't take that much time and it is way less price then the rest of the dry cleaners I have been. I give it a thumps up
