I can't say that my limited experience with Victory Auto Service is any where near as satisfying as the other people. I first used their online appoinment service to try and set up an appointment in advance and never got a response. Then when I called, the technician was adament that Hyundai doesn't use standardized parts so he couldn't tell me if they had a part in stock after I gave him the information about my vehicle. When I said I would get the VIN number so he could look up the vehicle, he stated that it was 5:30 and that they closed at 6. Basically, Victory Auto, did not want to take the time to make me a customer.

Victory Auto has been such an incredible blessing in our lives. As a single mom it has always been intimidating, sometimes scary going into shops and people taking advantage of me not knowing much about cars. Then I found Victory Auto, they have been so honest and reliable, they always give a great and fair price , you... know what they are telling you is the truth, even if it hurts, like a broken transmission. They are timely and will do their best to get you in when you need to get in and treat every customer with the grace and respect! Even when I bring my little 2 year old in and he is running around like batman in training. They are always professional, honest and pleasant to deal with. I would recommend ANYONE to Victory Auto. I have been dealing with them a few years now anything from oil changes to transmission to mouse nests in the air filter, they are always awesome to deal with!
