To be more tenant friendly, we offer lease lengths from month-to-month to multi-year at the same rental rate. Many tenants have used this flexibility to expand their space as their business grows instead of being held to long term leases on inadequate space. Short leases require us to take good care of our building and its tenants, so we have our office on-site. Many buildings quote net rental rates to appear less expensive, but charge their tenants extra for building operating expenses. Our gross rental rate includes building operating expense so you can easily know your complete cost of office space.
