I used Unparalleled Parking on November 2nd for an event I went to. They either stole $160 worth of Alcohol from my trunk or did not do their job and lock the vehicle as my car trunk had not been forced open. Even showing them a receipt that it was purchased right prior to my arrival, they said their employees weren't at fault...really...I would be very careful if you use them...make sure you don't have ANYTHING of value in your car...The company is just as much to blame since they do not take any responsibility for their employees actions.
