We ordered a beautiful table in the clearance section. I understand it's an as is sale, but we also got an extended warranty on it. When they delivered it the leaf had 3 large very noticeable gouges in it. The delivery guys said it was in the warehouse that way, and to call my salesman. Called the salesman and he passed me onto customer services. They said they'd have to send me a new table because they don't just replace the leaf. Then I just received a call from a very, very rude customer service representative that kept repeating the table was an as is sale. I kept telling her I would never had bought a scratched up table as is. She then offered to send someone out to take a look to see if it could be fixed (because we bought the warranty, but it won't be able to be fixed) but that it is way above and beyond on their part because it will cost them more money than the tables worth. They can't fix it and they won't replace it. She did offer to sell me a brand new table.

the lack of customer service I have received is disappointing. I purchased my items on March 26th. I was told it would be delivered March 31th. I called March 30th to see what time I would receive my items. nobody had called to advise us that we would not be receiving our items . We went in to get it correct and was told I would receive my items on Tuesday April 5th. I did not receive any calls about my order so I called and they advised me my items were not in. They told me it would be here Thursday April 7th. I called on April 7th and was advised my shipment missed the truck. Obviously with my items not being on the shipment for Thursday we cannot pick it up Friday morning. Today is Friday April 8th and I was advise my items would be ready later this afternoon. I have made a few email contacts in regards to this and all I get is a I'm sorry but sorry doesn't help when someone says I can have it here my this day and someone drops the ball.
