NOT RECOMMENDED - Terrible product and service

I purchased a Viper auto start from Sunroofs Etc for around $400. One year later I had to replace the remote for $90(only a one year warranty on the remote). Now it starts my vehicle and shuts it down 3 times and quits. I brought it in a couple of times and they passed it off as an adjustment and it has never been fixed. Now I have around $500 and my time (good luck working with them) into this, it still doesn't work and they're now stating a 3 year warranty on a product that they have never gotten to work properly. Horrible product and an incapable staff of technicians. $500 and I'm still walking out to start my car each morning, getting into to a cold car to go home from work.
