these guys are very pleasant on the phone and the plumber that came ot told me what i needed to have done! no overselling or surprises! was told up front of charges and was kept informed during the whole process! they made suggestions on things that i may need to have work done on in the future but didn't push it! quality work! they may be expensive but i havn't found a plumber that wasn't! quality verses price, i would pick quality every time and these guys are quality!

They subcontract with a different company for drains. My actual price was twice was my estimate was (I wasn't told of this until it came time to pay the bill at the end of the visit). Overheard subcontractor talking to people at Soderlin on his cell phone about how they each can get plenty of money from me. Definitely will NOT use this plumber in future. When I called I was not able to talk to the owner about my concerns.
