Kudos for being on time though my plane wasn't and getting me to The Westin Edina Galleria safely!

I would recommend this transportation company to any traveler in Minnesota.

I am a cruise specialist travel consultant and I own The Flagg Agency outside of Atlanta, GA. I have to travel to MSP yearly for a meeting and have used Premier Transportation exclusively for every airport pick-up.

The drivers are always on-time both at the pick up and the drop-off and the cars are always clean. I recommend them to my colleagues in the MSP area for their clients needing airport transportation!

I used Premier Transportation for our annual office party dinner. I was extremely impressed with the whole evening. The limo was very nice - inside and out. Our driver was helpful with suggestions and professional. My staff appreciated the opportunity to not have to drive this year. We were able to have dinner at one location and then drive around a bit and have dessert at another location.
The whole experience was great - from making the reservation to having a special evening in the limo.
I will definitely use Premier again!

"The service that the bus drivers gave to my people was above par. I had a gentleman on a scooter that wasn't able to utilize the lift, but was able to use his cane to access the steps. Not only did your bus drivers help lift the scooter into the under-carriage, but they assisted the attendee onto the bus - guaranteeing that he got into his seat safely.



I also had a larger gentleman that needed additional assistance, and they looked after him with equal care.



Both USA Financial gentlemen were able to preserve their dignity in what could have been an embarrassing situation.

Steve was hands down the best driver I have worked with on a wedding! I was blown away by the amount of communication I received from him and the wedding party raved about what a great guy he was. I can't even begin to tell you how helpful it was that he sent me a text every time he was leaving a location to update me on their arrival times and kept me in the loop when the party was running late. I wanted to make sure his supervisor knew how wonderful he was to work with and I can only hope to get him for every one of my weddings :)

Friends and I used Premier Limousine to go downtown for dinner and a little bar hoping afterwards and we could not be more happy with what we got. The driver was phenomenal, Car was awesome, On time. Had a great time. I would recommend this company to anyone out there. I'll be using them for my wedding in September!

"I flew in from Chicago for the first time to meet a client based in Minneapolis and was referred to Premier for my transportation needs from the airport. Although this is the Midwest, traveling to a new location can be intimidating even for an experienced female traveler.

I was so impressed with the driver that meet me at the airport. Super kind and courteous. He gave me suggestions on restaurants and told me about the Mall of America. He pointed out landmarks in the city and provided me with some great history about Minnesota."

I have used them to go to the airport and that is also a terrific service. They always arrive a little early and they take all the hassle and worry out of getting there in comfort and on time. highly recommend them for their service and value.

We used Premier to schedule 12 different limos to bring guests from all over Minneapolis to our son's wedding. Katie did a fantastic job of scheduling all of the many reservations so that everyone got where they were supposed to be and on time. It was a wonderful experience!!!

"My husband and I have been customers of Premier Transportation over several years. Recently we had Mark as our driver for trips to and from the airport. His service was terrific. His care for us, skilled driving in bad weather and all around great communication made us happy to be in his care.

If possible, we would like to have Mark drive for us on future calls.

You and Nicole made this happen! I work with Marie at Motivaction and she won a comp. limo through you. She wanted to surprise her two dear friends that we're going to the courthouse to get legally married now that gay marriage is legal in MN. Scott on the right in the photo and I have worked together for years. He is a trip director and always manages transportation on my programs. Marie's comp was expired but you honored it and even on a Friday when it was only Sun - Thurs I believe.

6:30 AM flight out of airport... no love and no help and cabs way to unreliable - Our driver, Henry (I think, it was 5 AM, so it's a little fuzzy) was there 10 minutes early. Called when he arrived to let us know he was there. Super clean and new Town Car. Smooth sailing. Will be our go to for future airport rides.

We were looking for a good service with reasonable rates, and we found it with Premier Transportation , through a reference from a friend. Our driver for the evening, Joe and he was on time, very courteous and professional. The limousine was new, clean, and stocked with many things for us to enjoy our evening with. him and made some great recommendations for spots for us to check out, and made a pizza stop for us, again recommended by our driver, to a really good spot. He didn't mind us getting a bit loud in the back, but enjoyed it with us. The whole experience was very enjoyable, and I would recommend Premier over any other company here

I called this company as I had a group (17 to be exact) attending a conference in Minneapolis. I am so glad that I did. I spoke with Janet prior to the trip to San Francisco and told her what I was looking for as far as transportation for these executives. I expressed that it was very important that they be taken care of entirely. I gave Her the planned iterinary for the group and she worked with me on a price (very reasonable). She took care of transportation to and from the airport, theatre, dinner reservations, and other activities the group wanted to do outside of their meetings. We cannot say enough of the courtesy, punctuality, and professionalism that this service provided. We will use them again when we are in San Francisco. I suggest you do the same.
