Dr Prochaska, designed for me the smile I have always wanted!

I had Invisalign at Uptown Smile. Although I had an issue with one tooth that would not adjust properly to the treatment - Dr P tried very hard to get a satisfactory outcome. We did multiple impressions to keep moving the tooth and he took extra care to make sure I was happy with the result. Overall I am very happy with the result - and the team at Uptown Smile are great people.

My family has been seeing Dr. Prochaska since the kids were old enough to start having dental care, which has been at least 16 years. I would and do recommend Dr. Prochaska and his fabulous staff to everyone. They are all kind, extremely helpful, and thorough. Going to the dentist is not "scary" anymore. We are greeted by name when we walk in to the office and the care continues in the highest regard. When I have had more involved dental care than the 6 month check up I have been informed of what to expect both financially and medically.Thank you to Uptown Smile for GREAT care!

Please do not use this dentist office! I am in the premium group for my insurance, and they wanted to charge me more than $600 to fill a cavity. They lied to me and said it wasn't their fault that I had bad insurance, but the truth is they could take it, they just didn't want to. My insurance company said they had problems with this office before. The worst part is Uptown Smile still didn't come clean at my next checkup when my filling had gotten worse. They tried to pressure me into paying the $600 rather than tell the truth and admit they are greedy! They lectured me and talked to me like I was stupid when my condition was getting worse! They would rather see patients suffer than help them. They also told me I needed this special paste because I drank soda and had to have this special cancer screening, but surprise, surprise, I don't have cancer. Oh, and they tried to sign me up for a credit plan that my insurance company told me they got a 20% cut from! Can you believe it was the i
